These original Meindl MT3 Plus long socks were developed for the Dutch Armed Forces and designed to provide high comfort and reliable performance during demanding outdoor activities. Lightweight and breathable, they are especially suitable for warmer conditions and extended use with hiking or military boots.
The socks are made from a functional fiber blend consisting of 49% polyamide, 28% merino wool, 20% polypropylene and 3% elastane. Merino wool helps regulate temperature and manage moisture while keeping feet comfortable even during prolonged wear. Polyamide adds durability and abrasion resistance, while polypropylene improves moisture transport. Elastane ensures elasticity and a secure, comfortable fit.
The ergonomic construction and targeted padding help reduce pressure points and friction, making these socks well suited for hiking, trekking, outdoor work and everyday use. Their longer design provides additional comfort and protection when worn with higher boots.
These socks are original Dutch military surplus and are offered used but in good serviceable condition, showing possible minor signs of previous use while remaining fully functional.
